| enclosed, and the temperature and humidity is controlled by air-condition. |
| We respectively imported two automatic surface mounting assembly lines from Germany and Japanese |
| YAMAHA, by which the precision and production efficiency is greatly improved. |
| Advanced reflow welder and crest welder ensure the best welding quality and production efficiency. |
| Each welding spot of each PCB board is strictly tested by flying-probe tester that we imported from Japan. |
| By adopting the process of ultraviolet curing, each PCB board is filmed. Thus, the PCB’s characteristics |
| of insulation, anticorrosion, moistureproof, heatresisting, aging resistance, acidproof and alkaliproof is |
| remarkably improved. |
| Meanwhile, we also invest in electrostatic-protection equipment in large amount, including electrostatic- |
| protection wrist belt, electrostatic-protection container, electrostatic-protection worktable, surface |
| resistance tester, electrostatic tester, ionic fan and so on. |
